Our Second Day of Nanowrimo and Carter:

When he was ten years old he wasn’t a Time Traveler. When he was ten years old, he liked to talk on the phone and play with Model Trains.

He doesn’t have a best friend. He just gets new best friends and then breaks up with them every time he travels. He thinks it’s natural.

He was negative two years old when he first Time Traveled. Everything goes all zig-zag when you time travel. That’s how he could die in 1605 and be born in 1850.

Whenever he’d get a bloody nose a portal was already open and he’d jump in and go back in time and prevent it from happening.

When he was negative two years old he wasn’t alive, but he still time traveled because when he was 20 years old he went back in time and aged backward.

He first time traveled after he went in a cave. He went in a cave and it was just totally empty. he went over to lean on a wall and two scepters suddenly appeared before him. He moved away and a wizard came right out of the wall where he used to be standing and said, “If you pick the right scepter you will be granted one wish from me.” Then the wizard told him the answer, saying, “the right scepter is green.”

When The Traveler reached out and touched the purple scepter, it turned green, and when he touched the green scepter it turned purple. The Traveler realized that he had to pick the green scepter without touching it because he knew the wizard was switching the scepters at hypersonic speed. The traveler pointed at the green one and the wizard said, “you have found the correct scepter. What is your wish?”

The traveler said, “to time travel.”
